BoldPixel D.M L.L.C operates this independent real-estate marketing and information page about Ras El Hekma, Wadi Yemm, Montage, Nammos and Waterfront Residences. We are not Modon and this is not the official website of Modon or of any developer or brand named on it.

What we collect

When you send a form we collect the mobile number you enter, your name if you give it, the collection you are interested in, and the button and page section you used. When you use the WhatsApp or Call buttons we record only that the button was clicked and where on the page.

To understand which campaigns bring enquiries we also store, when present: utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term, utm_content, the Google click identifiers gclid, gbraid and wbraid, the page you first landed on, the referring website, your device type (mobile, tablet or desktop) and the page language.

Why we use it

To answer your enquiry, send unit details and availability, follow up by phone or WhatsApp, measure our advertising and prevent spam and abuse.

WhatsApp and calls

The WhatsApp and Call buttons open WhatsApp or your phone directly with our number; we do not ask for your number first. Your WhatsApp chat is also subject to WhatsApp and Meta practices.

Advertising measurement

After an enquiry is received, this page reports one conversion to Google Ads, the advertising platform, so we can measure which ads lead to enquiries. A click on a button, a page view or a test submission is never reported as a conversion.

Storage on your device

We use your browser's session and local storage for the form, campaign attribution for the current visit and to avoid reporting the same enquiry twice. The Google Ads tag may set cookies to measure conversions; in regions where the law requires consent first, it runs with advertising storage denied.

Who sees your enquiry

Our authorised advisors and operations staff, and service providers that host our systems. We may share your enquiry with the relevant developer or sales team when that is needed to answer it or to complete a purchase you ask for.

Retention and your choices

We keep enquiry data only as long as needed to handle it and to meet legal and record-keeping obligations. You can ask for access, correction or deletion, or stop further contact, by calling or messaging 0101 1335566.
